Who has opened it
4 people have opened it, for 14 opens in total: [email protected] · [email protected] · [email protected] · [email protected].
Opens are the count carried on the record. This page does not increment it, because a count that moves when you look at it makes the number about the observer rather than about the view.

What this view is, and what it is not
A saved view stores a question or a filter, never a copy of the answer. more
A saved view stores a question and a scope, never an answer. Two people opening the same link on different days see different numbers, and that is correct: the link points at the estate, not at a snapshot of it.
