What it used to be
Every other surface here reports a position. This one asks whether the position is moving, which needs a record of the same measure taken twice. The estate now keeps that record in an append-only table: rows are inserted and duplicates skipped, and no path was ever written that can revise a value once observed. Nothing on this page has been backfilled to make a series longer, nothing between two observations has been interpolated, and a measure seen once is reported as seen once rather than drawn flat across a period nobody measured.

Every item below is a gap in the record rather than a fault in the estate. None of it is fixed by computing something differently; it is fixed only by observing the same thing again on a later day.

Positions, workflows, controls, baselines, verification checks and reach targets all hold a current state and nothing else. The estate can say what they are today and cannot say what they were, because no version of them was ever stored against a date.
