Where a unit goes. Each line's outcome mix is weighted by its own recorded split. Across the estate that split is 296 cleared in envelope, 595 cleared with evidence posted and 292 held. A unit that will be held stops at a station weighted by where holds actually happen.
Signals. 1,633 green, 595 amber, 292 red. A signal is not a second reading: red is exactly the 292 units held for a person, amber is exactly the 595 cleared with evidence posted, and green is the 1,337 still moving plus the 296 cleared inside the envelope. Counting both would count the same units twice.
Currency. 26 source systems are in the estate. 24 are modeled, 2 are not connected, and none of them stream. Nothing on this board arrived in the last minute. The systems register says the same thing.

Not holding on the record
The policy behind this surface is that a person should be able to watch the whole function estate move without opening fourteen pages. That part holds: 14 lines, 154 stations and 2,520 units are on one board, and 53% of those units are in flight. The part that does not hold is currency. 26 systems are in the estate, 0 of them stream, so the motion is paced from held records rather than driven by arrivals. Until a system is connected, this board is an accurate picture of what the platform knows and a poor picture of what happened five minutes ago.

This board is not a live feed. No source system streams into this platform - of the twenty-six systems in the estate, twenty-four are modeled and two are not connected. What moves on screen is a paced rendering of work the platform already holds: the stations are real, the station load is real, and the outcome mix is the recorded one. The pace is chosen so a person can watch it.
The watch counters reset when you reset them. They count dots that finished on screen since the board started, not units that closed in the business. The standing counts - 1,337 in flight, 292 held - are the recorded ones, and those are the numbers to quote.
A line here is a function, and every line is drawn the same way because every function is held in the same shape. Adding a fifteenth function would add a fifteenth line without anyone writing one. That is the point of the shape, and it is also the limit of this board: it can only show what the shape holds.
